snow-coach.ch, Ralf & Isabel Hartmann

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between snow-coach.ch and the customer. The object of the company is the operation of a private snow sports school. In particular, this includes services such as teaching snow sports skills and knowledge, without guaranteeing a specific training success, as well as guiding and accompanying snow sports.

INSTRUCTION

In principle, the lessons take place in any weather, unless the transport systems are suspended due to the weather. Weather restrictions, early departure, bad weather, danger of avalanches, etc. do not entitle to any refund or any compensation. If a course or lesson cannot be carried out due to a total failure of the lifts, the lesson in question will be credited. no reimbursements will be made.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Snow-coach.ch, Ralf & Isabel Hartmann, rejects any liability for accidents that occur before, during or after the lesson. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

PAYMENT

Course fees are paid in advance by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION

If the arrangement is canceled or changed less than 20 days before the start of the lesson, the following costs will be charged (plus cancellation costs of CHF 50.00):

19 – 15 days before the start of the trip 30% of the entire arrangement

14 – 10 days before the start of the trip 50% of the entire arrangement

9 – 1 days before departure 80% of the entire arrangement

less than 24 hours or no-show 100% of the total arrangement

Cancellation fee CHF 50.00 per booking

Any repayments will only be made in the form of credits; no reimbursements will be made.

If the customer is late for the agreed appointment, the lesson will be held until the agreed end of the lesson or the end of the lesson time.

Customers must strictly adhere to the safety rules of the FIS and the instructions of the snow coach. By participating in the snow-coach.ch offers, every guest agrees to these provisions.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Swiss law is exclusively applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Chur. Tariff changes and printing errors reserved.
